Chopin Project IV: (flyer)
A multimedia event featuring The Chopin Project's Michael Preddy, Ornela Ervin, Kyung Lee and Michael Glenn Williams, with special guests duo-pianists Edward Francis and Mona Wu Deceasar. Dr Michael E. Williams will narrate the story of Chopin's loves and romances, and special guest actress Lynette Rintoul will portray his lovers.

High School Honors Piano Performance Seminar Series
What students can expect:
- Professional-level training and exposure to university professors and other artists.
- Socialization with other high-achieving students interested in the same art form.
- A resume building activity while they elevate their personal artistry.
- Performance opportunities with repertoire for college/conservatory auditions
- Performance experience for various syllabus examination programs
- General performing experience
- Final class session will be a gala recital featuring seminar class members.
Future Auditions
The next Open Auditions date is March 21st, 2010 at the T.O. Phil Recital hall, for students who live in the Greater Ventura County area. Eligible young musicians can send their application to us via email: tophilharmonic@gmail.com Please include in your email: your name, instrument, address (both postal and email) phone, age, school attending and the name of your current instrumental music teacher.
Any concerto movement or concert piece for your instrument and orchestra is acceptable. Certain contemporary works maybe difficult to program due to unusually large orchestra requirements or music availability. However, you may use the piece for audition purposes if you choose.
A complete schedule of the audition and directions to the location will be forwarded once applications are received. There is a $30 registration fee for the audition. Once accepted for audition you may forward a check payable to: Thousand Oaks Philharmonic, PO Box 4195, Thousand Oaks, CA 91359.
